Work for Us
R&S Medical and Allied Services have been delivering temporary staffing to the NHS, Private Sector, community and individual homes since 2001. We are able to supply nursing staff and health care assistants at short notice or for long term placements.
The Nursing staff are all fully vetted to ensure the correct staff are allocated to the needs of the clients. They are also able to choose the environment that suits their particular skills. This allows the professional to choose the work and position to suit their personal needs and so they are satisfied with their working environment. This ensures the professional remains happy to operate in a good company relating to their needs.
Since 2001 we have been the preferred suppliers to Hillingdon, West Hertfordshire, NW London, Leicestershire, SW London and several private providers. This increases the flexibility of work for our nursing staff and allows them to plan their working life to suit them.
Nurses must ensure that their mandatory training is up to date and that they have a yearly certificate to work plus a yearly CRB. Once the compliance is up to date the staff is free to work in any hospital covered by the Framework. The frameworks cover the vast majority of England but most of our Tier1 (we have first choice of work available to our staff) and a preferred supplier places range from the South of England through to the midlands.
Just submit your CV and email address and within 5 days you can be working for our company. By working for an agency, we expect them to be able to balance their work and home life to suit their individual needs. We act as facilitators for their professions and remove the politics of the NHS. If they require support our service is available to give it 24 hours a day.
